I work with individuals, couples, and families who feel stuck in cycles they’re ready to end. Cycles of conflict, emotional shutdown, anxiety, defensive communication, or relational patterns that were never modeled differently. My work is focused on creating real movement, not just insight.
A grounded, direct approach to therapy
I’m a native Philadelphian, and I bring a grounded, straightforward approach to my work as a therapist. Therapy was not always part of my plan, but my path led me to Cheyney University, the nation’s first Black college, where I completed my undergraduate studies. I later earned my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology in 2016.
After working across a range of treatment settings, I opened my private practice in 2022 with a clear intention: to offer therapy that leads to meaningful change. Many people hesitate to start therapy because they don’t want to talk endlessly without seeing results. I understand that concern. My work is structured, intentional, and focused on helping you move forward.
